Hey folks! This is Kolten from Next Gen Remodels.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"Am I able to live in the house during a remodel? - Next Gen Remodel"

Answer

Depending on the remodel, yes, you can live in it in some circumstances. In other circumstances, no. It really depends on what you can live with and what you can't live with. So, you know, if you can't live without a kitchen, then it's probably not ideal to stay in the house during a kitchen remodel. If you, let's say, have two bathrooms and one is getting remodeled, you could probably live in the house while you're getting your bathroom remodeled because one is not down while the other is. We also try to schedule and plan these things out with you so it's, you know, according to how you want it. Um, there's lots of different factors, like I said, that go into it, but what we do is game plan before the job starts on what you want it to look like during the process to make it best for you.

Summary

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, depending on the remodel and what you can or cannot live without (e.g., you can stay if one of two bathrooms is being remodeled). They plan and schedule these things out with you before the job starts.
