"Can Next Gen stick to my design throughout the remodel?"

Answer

When things get this complicated on a remodel as far as multiple different materials for finish, lots of different trades getting scheduled, we recommend we do a design. We actually offer an in-house designer. She works with us directly, and can build you a full scope of work from start to finish with every material chosen, as well as a 3D render of what your project will look like. This helps us stay very organized on things. That way we don't stray off from the ideas we initially started with, and if we do come up with ideas, we can change accordingly throughout.
