Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
This one is kind of straightforward. Um, if your bathroom's falling apart and your kitchen's still together, probably gonna want to go with the bathroom first, right? Obviously, there's cases where you have to do the kitchen because an insurance claim or something like that happened out of nowhere, and you were planning on doing your bathroom first because you wanted to get it done, but it doesn't work out that way. Vice Versa. A lot of leaks are gonna happen in the bathroom or in the kitchen, and they're not gonna allow us to do maybe that remodel project we really wanted to tackle first. But that's kind of how it works.
The priority is typically straightforward—remodel what is falling apart first (e.g., the bathroom before the kitchen). However, insurance claims due to leaks in a different area can force a change in the original prioritization.
