Hey folks! This is Kolten from Next Gen Remodels.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"How does Next Gen maintain communication throughout a remodel?"

 Answer

So fortunately, when you work with Nex-Gen Remodels, I am the project manager. We have, uh, multiple teams of our guys that go out and take care of projects day-to-day. I also will come out on site and do some work myself sometimes. But my job is to manage the projects. I schedule all the materials. I schedule all the guys. I communicate with the customers. You get my number directly, so we actually are on a texting basis where if you need anything at any time, you just reach out to me, and I'll make sure it's taken care of. That's Friday, Saturday, even Sundays you can find me answering to the customer and checking in and making sure that their needs are met.

Summary

The project manager (the speaker) personally manages projects and communicates with customers. You receive their direct number and are on a texting basis, allowing you to reach out at any time, including weekends, to ensure your needs are met.
