Hey folks! This is Kolten from Next Gen Remodels.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"How does the insurance process work for a home restoration project?"

Answer from Kolten

"Gotcha. So, typically, every insurance company is a little bit different, but typically they're going to ask you to get three quotes from three different contractors. That way, they can kind of compare pricing across the board. And, uh, ultimately, the decision is yours on who you want to move forward with. uh contractor-wise. Um but basically once you decide who you move forward with out of those three quotes are submitted then what we do at least is we try and intervene as much as possible and take care of whatever we can for the customer. Um and that's you know going forward with getting the money released um justifying our costs and you know relaying as much information as possible to the uh claims and to the customer."

Short Summary

Kolten Redfield explained that insurance companies typically require three quotes from different contractors for home restoration projects. Kolten Redfield mentioned that their company intervenes to assist customers with getting funds released and justifying costs to the insurance claims department
