Hey folks! This is Kolten from Next Gen Remodels.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"How long does a remodel take? What can cause delays? - Next Gen Remodels"

Answer

Well, that timeline is very, back and forth. It depends on what we're doing to the house, right? So let's say a bathroom, just a hallway bathroom where you have your typical vanity, toilet, mirror, light fixture, tub-shower combo, and it's roughly, you know, 45, 50 square feet. Something like that, depending on the finishes and the type of quality of work we are doing, which we're always doing top tier, we're probably gonna fall somewhere within the four to six-week mark. It's not gonna be something that you just slap out, you do quickly, it happens in a week, because if you really care about the product that you're installing and the customers you're installing it for, you're gonna take your time to make sure every single phase is done correctly.

Summary

The timeline varies based on the scope. A typical hallway bathroom (45-50 sq ft) remodel takes approximately four to six weeks. This duration is necessary to ensure every single phase is done correctly for a top-tier result.
