Hey folks! This is Kolten from Next Gen Remodels.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"How Long Does The Average Insurance Claim Home Restoration Take?"

Answer from Kolten

" This is a great question. Average timeline from start to finish for our part is going to be around two to four months depending on the size of the project and the scope of work. Um, we actually just closed up one over in Buckley, Washington. It was a kitchen and a living room combination that uh the dishwasher leaked. It flooded out the whole area and we had to go in after the m mitigation company came in and ripped out all the wet stuff. We come in and we check everything out. We figure out what the build back process is going to be like and then we take care of it. That can actually be up to like a 6 to 8month process between dealing with the claims department and getting everything finalized with the money and then actually starting. But from the day we start to the day we finish, our average time that we complete the job in is around 2 to 4 months."

Short Summary

Kolten Redfield estimated that the average timeline for their part of a home restoration project, from start to finish, is about two to four months, depending on the project's size and scope
