Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
So, if you don't have any funds or not enough funds for your home remodeling project, but you are, you know, in dire need of a remodel or you're really wanting to do that, you know, kitchen remodel that has been needing to be done for a few years, but you can't quite save the money up, we definitely have options for you. So we actually work with uh customers directly and a uh home service or home loan service through Omni Group and they actually can offer uh loans for primary, secondary homes or investments, investment properties, most of the projects that are eligible for it are going to be permanent projects like kitchens, bathrooms, um additions, ADUs, DADUs, which are attached dwelling units and detached additional dwelling units. Um flooring, roofing, stuff like that. There's usually a minimum credit score that you have to have. It's right around 600 620 give or take on the uh financing group you work with. Um, down payments can be as low as 3% for home renovation loans.
Kolten Redfield addressed the possibility of obtaining a loan for home remodeling projects when funds are insufficient. They stated that their company works with Omni Group, which offers loans for primary, secondary, and investment properties, with eligible projects including permanent installations like kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, flooring, and roofing. They also noted that a minimum credit score of around 600-620 is typically required, and down payments can be as low as 3%, with the loan not exceeding 75% of the home's value
