Today's question is:
So this is going to be our Deck Tech samples. Deck Tech is, uh, it's an exterior material that we use for, you know, like balconies or, uh, you know, a secondary entryway, coverway, um, and balcony seating area. What's nice about this is it gets installed just like a TPO, which TPO is a roofing material. It actually gets, uh, welded and adhered down on top of, uh, structural plywood. With this installed, it, uh, it gets flashing all around the edges. That way everything drains properly. No rotting can happen. And it also is offered in multiple really nice durable finishes here. You can see there's tons of different colors, options, all sorts of different, uh, flavors for whatever your taste is. So looking at some of those, it's nice because it's very smooth. There's no, uh, gaps or anything like that in it. It's very easily to be cleaned. You can just pretty much broom it off and let, uh, a little bit of water and soap do the rest.
Next Gen Remodel offers Deck Tech exterior material, which is installed like a TPO roofing material (welded and adhered down on structural plywood) with flashing to prevent rotting. It is offered in multiple durable finishes and is very smooth and easy to clean.
