Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
" That's a excellent question. So I actually have specialized in uh releasing getting people's money released through the insurance company. What we do is we work with the customer and with the insurance adjuster directly. So I actually get myself in contact with them via email, phone, however it may be. And it's instead of a two-way street between the customer and the insurance adjuster, it has now turned into a three-way street where I'm actually directly involved with it and I use my contractor expertise to justify why things cost what they cost and what we have to do in the actual project because sometimes the claim adjusters um don't know exactly what goes into the remodel. Um, and there's certain things that sometimes get looked over. So, I really dive in and fine-tune the estimate to make sure it reflects exactly what we need to do. And then I use that information uh to talk with the claims so that they can understand, hey, this is what needs to be done and this is what we have to do in order to get their house back to where it was before the total loss."
