Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.
Today's question is:
If you're looking to add value to a home, bathrooms and kitchens are a huge bang for your buck with, you know, almost 75%, uh, return on investment, which is basically you're getting almost all of your money back. Some, some even go as far as, you know, 100% plus return on investments where you're actually making money if you do this. Um, painting the exterior of the house is a huge plus. Let's say you're getting ready to sell, house hasn't been painted in four or five years or, you know, even longer than that. If you throw a fresh coat of paint on the trim and on the body, it's really going to uplift the face of the house and make it more noticeable to whoever might be, uh, looking to purchase.
Bathrooms and kitchens are the biggest projects for adding value, offering almost 75% or even 100%+ return on investment. Additionally, painting the exterior of the house (trim and body) will uplift the face of the house and make it more noticeable to purchasers.
