"What warranty should a remodel contractor offer?"

So we actually offer a five-year warranty on all of our craftsmanship. So if there's anything that goes wrong within that amount of time, we'll come out. We'll help out. We'll take care of it on our cost. If it is something directly material related or a material has a defect, they offer a specific warranty through the manufacturer company of the material that is applicable directly to you, and we can help you work out all that, uh, information to get that finalized with, with, uh, the manufacturer.
