Typically, the area we’re getting the most calls from recently has been the North Tacoma area. Surprisingly enough, with the old houses out there, a lot of people are looking to either update their homes or they’re running into issues because of old fixtures. Some of these homes are dealing with plumbing failures, outdated electrical, or just general wear and tear that comes with older construction. A lot of times we’re getting calls because there’s actual damage that needs renovation — water damage, fixture failure, or structural concerns.
That said, we absolutely don’t just service Tacoma. Right now, we’re in Puyallup working on a house that had water damage. We’re also down in Orting on another property. We go as far north as Seattle and as far south as Olympia. Everything in between is fair game. There really isn’t a city in that corridor that we won’t service. If you’re in that range, we’re willing to come out, assess the situation, and help bring your house back to life.
Kolten explains that North Tacoma currently generates the highest volume of calls, largely due to the age of homes in that area. Many homeowners there are dealing with outdated fixtures, aging plumbing systems, and structural wear that often leads to renovation needs or damage-related repairs. However, he makes it clear that Nex-Gen Remodels is not geographically limited to Tacoma. The company actively works throughout the region, including Puyallup, Orting, Seattle, Olympia, and all cities in between. Their service territory spans a wide corridor, and they are willing to travel to meet client needs. The emphasis is on flexibility, accessibility, and being available wherever homeowners require renovation or restoration work.
